Pierre's Visit
I'm still sleepy. Pierre was in town for a couple of days before he would head back to Jogja. Rizal and him were hanging out in our boarding house until half past 10 joking and telling stories about our friends. Pierre just spent his last 9 months in Ambon and he brought alot of news. We were catching up on stories about friends here, as well.
Anyways, their parents are quite 'someone' now. Geby's as well. Ha ha ha... And Pierre is giving away rumors about me getting paid $10 per second. Ha ha ha... I wish!
Rizal is working for Telkomsel 116 (Customer Service Representative) and he told us many funny experiences. Like how he always got midnight shifts and the security guard at his neighborhood thinking of him going 'dugem' (clubbing) or something. The next day he went home with his 'tag name' at 3 AM XDD
We also discussed how people in Ambon behave and what's trendy there. For instance, we have girls going crazy for any guys having an RX-King motorcycle. And how people choose to work in the government instead of chasing live fulfilment.
Working for the government in Indonesia are highly-deceiving. Small payment, unproductive work, huge..... corruption. I'm not saying that all government people are like that but most of them *sigh* This is where our tax money are spent? Lazy unproductive people? How will you take the responsible morally? But, I guess we don't have one anymore?
Pierre got me dried nutmeg sweets. Gees, who wrote that stupid section in the article about nutmeg? I eat it like a kilo once in a while and not feel any effect or what so ever.
Originally, we want to hang out at another place, but there wasn't so many people with us, it might not be convinience for my pocket ha ha ha. Anyways, we were teasing Pierre with the fact that he lived in a low-rate motel and a taxi driver asked him if he wants an 'entertainment' ^^; I told him, what if Rizal stayed in your room and at the morning the taxi driver will said: "No wonder you didn't want the 'entertainment' last night!" XDDD
Anyways, thanks for reading.
And, how this week was spent.

I ate Ho Chi Minh Rice (fried rice) and Ico had this rice-vegetables-fish dish. The fish was excellent. It was grilled and poured with caramel and ginger sauce. Not bad.
