Doesn't sound like me

I think everyone is in their best when they started 20. Josephine is a good artist and humble as well. Happy birthday. She just changed to another layout. Her previous is a better layout.

I recently read Yume Chu or Dream Kiss by Ooya Kazumi. It's interesting! And (s)he also has a manga with a title begins with Seikimatsu. And she also write shounen-ai stories. I'm going to buy the comic. XD She's good with characters. She even insert at least three hints. ^^;

I also like Oda Aya's mangas. They're unique. With no ordinary story.

Oh, two days ago I found a promotional leaflet comparing Tenipuri to Shaman King I took when I went to Gramedia. I laugh myself out reading it.

I spend at least an hour with Angki yesterday, trying to locate the nearest TIKI agent. When we ready to give up, we finally spotted one. Heh! I send my mum her birthday present. Not new, but, hey, what else can I give to her?

What I learn today.

That, there is something for definition in HTML.

And that, we can insert more than one definition in definition list. And we can use any block level elements there. And... well, read it yourself :p

I learn about it, here. I have the link for ages, but I don't look at it at all. *sigh*

I finally learn about no index and no follow. People making their livejournal/tabulas friends only afraid of being caught by people who follow links from search engine, when they can actually use the meta robots tag. I used it for a long time, but just managed to finally search what it actually means.

Or remove yourself from Google. You can remove yourself in many ways.

A good example of bilingual page.

New Yahoo!, everyone, with XHTML/CSS! But, they fail at the doctype *sigh* They didn't write it with all-caps. And the promotional page? They won't validate, trust me! A good step, if they only hire someone much more professional.

^^;

A good link on web usability.

I've spent the whole weekend watching TV. I saw Oprah for the first time. Our TV antenna has been switch to the original one, because the new one sucks. Also able to saw McFly's Five Color in Her Hair. Does the name has any connection with Back to the Future movies?

Also saw Natasha Bedingfield's These Words, Alanis' Out It Through, Gya's Semoga Kau Mengerti. And......... Abang Darren's latest video. I won't write the title, because I don't like it.

webboy is very similar to maxdesign.

One thing lead to another.

I saw Matt Groening name in the Second Summer of the Sisterhood by Ann Brashares today in the library. And I thought, I've heard of this man. But, who is he? Then, I query them in Google. Wikipedia result came.

And you know what I do when I got lost to that evil place. I spotted that the guys was the creator of, yes, The Simpsons. According to a news in Ireland Online, it will end soon. Bart's name take me to the Anagram page. It was interesting to see the anagram for evangelist XD

And Matt is in a rock and roll band with Dave Barry, Stephen King, Amy Tan, etc. They're called Rock Bottom Remainders.

This is what I call a good episode guide: The Simpsons' My Big Fat Geek Wedding.

I have only heard 18 types of figure of speech listed in the Wikipedia. OMG, I know so little.

Web Pattern

Ever wondering why does everything in web looks so uniform? And people like it as long as it's not annoying? Meet a new concept I just learn today: Web Pattern. No, it's not the usual background pattern, it refers to the uniform thing I mention about.

Anyways, good place to start is An Introduction to Using Pattern in Web Design. And this is a web collection of alot of pattern. If you find similar link tell me.

I woke up early to meet one of my thesis counsellor. And the longer we discuss things over my thesis, there are more ideas I want to put to the final project. My thesis is about an organisation virtual library.

And now, I'm sketching and thinking for my next project in the library, the library's homepage. Arrrgh... according to a book, the score of our current library homepage is 5/90. I co-develop that 5/90 website years ago. Although it's clean, it fills with deprecated tags. T_T

Had a chicken salad crepes for lunch. And now, I'm not so concentrating on work at all. I have to stop this. Gah...

Ha ha ha... saving me.

Okay, Hillary's Raise It Up is out. And so does US version of the French movie Taxi.

And it's true... I can't save up. I went to TP again yesterday. Gramedia bookstore is having a super sale on Donal Duck related comics. They sold Donald Duck and Uncle Scrooge pocket book for 5K each! But, I cancel on that and bought All American Girl by Meg Cabot instead. And a A-Ha agenda book. And a PHP programming book from PC Guide that I forgot to ask for its CD. Oh, and a Kanji Kana book. We stopped at Sogo Bookstore for last month's Nakayoshi.

Anyways, I also got myself Darren Hayes' latest album. And Friends season 10 ep. 1-4.

Besides that useless stuff, I forgot to buy a CD storage album, new clothes (Lz asked no new pair of trousers/jeans?), new socks, new shoes, and bring my abundant Gramedia coupons to submitted.

Yeah, Baby!

I think I'm obsessed with Kazumi Ohya for the moment. I know she writes some Yaoi manga. Which, I think it's out of my hands. Click on those images to see a really big version of it. [I know she's in the IYF news a couple of weeks ago ) But the database is crashed, and you can hopefully obtain them via Google's cache.]

I read her Yume Chu. I want more of her works. Gyaah... (+.+) And apart from usual, I like Arata... ) When, he's probably one of the oldest bishie around.

More of her works listed here. Yaoi and non-yaoi are listed together, but don't worry, no crazy graphics in all links here. I like this kind of drawing... gyaa...

And so far, I'm very dissapointed on how Oda Aya's Heaven ended. I'm sorry Angel, you haven't bought them aren't you? I'm still waiting for the MT3 ending, so I can be a better judge. The author is very good in her opening scene, but the ending.... T_T

I'm hungry.. and my virtual library project is at its early phase. UI design. So far, the UI design is completed to 60%, when I have only one and a half month to finish it... T_T

How about trying your own handwriting analysis? Mine is great, except there are two and a half paragraph that was mistaken, and no, those mistaken analysis is located on the ending, not in the begining XD *naughty me* I believe it was because I answer question number 4 wrongly. Link via Olivia (or was it Feli?)

Weekend TV Shows

Indonesian Idol concert in Jakarta. Nice try on singing No Me Ames :/ But, who's the guy sang Marc's part? He kept making obvious mistakes confidently, like la mentura instead of la mentira (lies) >_< There's no point of singing the song if you don't know how to pronounce it.

("The Prayer critics")

The commercials are just getting better and better.

I catch a glimpse on Mars and the guy that played as Vic's basketball partner looks exactly like Bobby And I don't like Ling's hair. Too long.

And Pop Style is just so funny. It's Malay episode. Siti Nurhaliza clothing, but Nirina does the show hillariously with her broken Malay accents. )

MTV Weekend theme yesterday was J-Pop. They brought in two J-Pop/J-Rock wannabe (mind the term) and discuss alot of things. And they show Koichi-kun's face XDDDDDD (of Kinki Kids, FYI), but too bad, our TV Antenna doesn't behave... T_T

Anyways, Felisha, CNN on your TV screen makes me envy. I missed CNN.

What do you think of this download place? I saw it this morning.

Hm...

I'm such an ignorant, never heard of the possibility of class combination for CSS until today. ^^;

I can't wait to test this. It's multiple backgrounds. Which I'm sure wouldn't work in IE 6.0. >_< What are they doing in Microsoft?

I just tried to open the URL with IE, it told me to save the document. And then, I couldn't open it at all.

Plans

Where are my fans? I'm dead bored with the connection. And I'm still moving the back up of Petra site, over 1GB.

I'm interested in icon making, so unique to see how people can make good use of limited media.

I am more organized than ever. Even I have scheduled myself to blog ) Why? I'm doing my final project (small theses) and it gives me the headache. After two months of doing nothing, I started to draw the user interface and it seems to grow more and more complicated than ever.

I turned off the AC, I hope no one got angry, because the library's server has to be cool all the time.

Do any of you listen to McFly? Love them! Hope they won't fade in like other one album bands.

I even stalked some people in the past ) Yes, I'm that bored.

Where's Wally?

When I was a children, I enjoyed watching Where's Wally? in RCTI. Me and my brother always fought over who will catch him first, besides our weird habit of guessing the next commercial. Luckily, I used to got control of my parents' bedroom TV (it's larger) so I won often. And Tina, a friend of mine has this calendar with big drawings of the game. I have a really great time when I found that out.

Oh, Americans would be much more familiar with Where's Waldo.

You know, his image reminds me alot of Harry Potter!

Dear Diary

The lamp went dead early in the morning, when we're still in the darkness. I woke up instantly as usual, and tried hard to sleep. I don't know when did my consciousness gave in, but when I woke up, it's already 7:28!

I cleaned my room. Wash the laundry. I didn't do anything yesterday, because I was too lazy. And eat lunch.

At 11, after my galon of water arrive, I went to work. At halfway, I met Buyung, he asked, "You're not heading to the Auditorium?" I puzzled for a second. Then, OMG! It's the library turn to held a service this monday! I have to operate one of the slides. I completely forgot.

But, I didn't follow him immediately. I went to the elevator and wait. Then, I walked to the Auditorium instead. Eh, there's no need for my help eventually, because, like usual, the Student Service unit had it covered. I used to be one of them. Now, they're not using any OHPs, but laptops and projectors. Whoa!

I didn't do any work today. I'm freakin' bored. I want to go home now. My laundry is left unattended, I don't want to lose my precious *cough* small piece of undies. XD

Oh, and I'd like to keep a separate journal for some serious stuff, like all those HTML and CSS stuff, but it won't be in LiveJournal nor tabulas. Anyone disagrees?

Garing....

The kids in front of my room are leaving us. Can't blame them. It's too hot and the water sucks. Besides, they're financially capable.

What I do everday now is, woke up, went to work at 8. Went home at 12 or 1 PM for a lunch, and back to the office again doing something else like my thesis, learning, authoring a web, or etc. I went home at 6. Eat, bathe, and trying to get my lazy ass to continue my thesis, and then fall asleep. That's it. Life has been pretty boring.

I don't get to see cute boys anymore, since I no longer had classes and both of my thesis counsellor offices are in this very building. With my system owner as well. In fact, I only have to go out the office to meet one of them. Two of them are here. ) This is the blurry fact of working in the library and doing thesis about a virtual library.

Yesterday, I saw my first client I've done so many websites and other jobs, but this is the first time, I'm the boss. I said the price. He seems okay, but I think it's very cheap.

Pay day.

Feels very sticky these days, because I have to bathe with liquid soap instead of bar soap. And the weather is damned hot! I count everday to my pay day. And today, Pak Yusuf gave me my payroll sheet. I checked my accounts and woo hoo!

I cleaned my room for an hour. Being the lazy girl that I am, especially with this kind of heat, I didn't do anything with my room and leave it for a mess. Won't clean it until it really bothers my nerve.

Went home for lunch at 13:00, paid my meal money to our maid. Paid the advance for comics I'm going to purchase, etc. I've got 50K left in my pocket. I think I'm going to give it to Angki.

Anyways, that's about my day for today

As for last night, besides the heat... euh, my board mates are making me crazy. Singing and speaking loudly and other stuffs. I don't like religious songs. And especially when people who can't even speak fluently, try to sing English songs. That makes my eyebrows goes urrrgh. One person even sing a song I like ... okay she's nice but her voice irritates me. :/

I don't have a nice voice, nor can I play a guitar, but please praising the Lord doesn't have to offend people, right? It doesn't have to in a form of showing off, right? And doesn't have to wake up people at 11PM, right?

Hm....

Feels very good. Everything went smoother in the last 24 hours. Borrowed 6 books and read them all last night, with the last volume of Dragon Voice. Yuriko's comment on making Goh a high-class gigolo really surprises me.

And I got to have a bath in Tante's bathroom. The water was crystal clear... Aaah, this is life.
